HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Click book online or visit the TREATMENTS page to book a treatment. There you will find the list of available treatments. Be sure to read the descriptions and policy's before booking. If you would like to call or email me to book an appointment visit the Contact Us page. If I am not available and in a treatment leave a message or email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. A small deposit is required at the time of booking and the amount can vary depending on the treatment. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment at your appointment. Email and SMS alerts will remind you 24 hours ahead of your appointment, making it as easy as possible to manage your manicure and pedicure treatments.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any bookings made online or over the phone require a small deposit. If you fail to give 24 hours notice that you will not be able to attend your appointment, your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE COTSWOLDS NAILS TREATMENT ROOM?
My treatment room is located in my home with plenty of parking if you travel by car. It's upstairs meaning if you are of limited mobility, please consider this before you make your booking and let me know as I am able to re-locate to the ground floor with prior notice no problem at all. It's calm and tranquil due to it's location being in a quiet area meaning you can completely relax & unwind. There is a selection of local shops to pop into and visit, a lovely tea room and a few pubs in the area. I will offer you a selection of hot or cold drinks to enjoy during your treatment. I also offer hydrating eye patches, facemasks and hot neck pillows on request.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
The studio can accommodate one client and one other if necessary. Client satisfaction is at the core of what I do as a beautician so I've designed my treatment room to reflect that. Please let me know if you are needing to bring anyone but I recommend you take the time for you to relax, unwind and enjoy an hour or two that's completely about you.
DO YOU OFFER NAIL ART?
I do! A selection of glitters and chrome powders. My free-hand nail art skills are a bit more limited but I'm willing to give anything a go! A reference photo is always recommended as it makes it easier for me to copy a look that you've spotted online. I am very creative with a background in fine art, design, media makeup and special effect.
WHERE DO I PARK?
There is ample free parking on both the high street and the surrounding quiet residential roads. There are no parking payments or permits needed anywhere and there is a large disabled parking space directly outside.
HOW DO I PAY?
I take both cash and card payments.
